FOUNDATION
We go into the crawl space so you don't have to! We inspect the foundation for any cracks or defects to ensure you're on solid ground. Literally.
ROOFING
The report should cover the property's structure, including the roof, foundation, walls, and floors. It should identify any visible defects, such as cracks, leaks, or damages.
HVAC

PLUMBING

Who is behind Lucky U?
Inspector
Brandon Puckett
Owner and Inspector
Brandon is a native of Newnan, Georgia, where he lived with his mother, father, and three sisters. He graduated from East Coweta High School and went on to pursue a degree in business management at the University of West Georgia.
As the son of a carpenter, he recalls helping his father build a porch and extra room onto his childhood home. Brandon grew a passion for mending things that were broken, which is why he has been in automotive services for the last 10 years.
During the purchase of his and his wife's first home, Brandon and his father walked around as the house was being inspected. The inspector joked and said, "We should go into business together." At that moment, Lucky U was formed.
Brandon completed a property inspector course that equipped him with the necessary knowledge and tools to provide quality service that every realtor, seller, and home buyer can appreciate.
Candace Puckett
Co-owner and Director of Operations
Candace is a native of Southwest Atlanta, Georgia. She graduated from Georgia Southern University with her Bachelor's, where she gained a passion for student engagement. She went on to earn her Master's of Education in Professional Counseling in College Student Affairs from the University of West Georgia. With over 10 years of experience in Housing and Residence Life on 5 different college campuses, Candace is not a stranger to building inspections. A crucial part of her role was ensuring that the residence halls were up to standards for incoming college students. In her time in student affairs, she executed many awarding winning events, professional workshops, and her marketing style earned her many accolades. Her background in education has played a major role in Lucky U Property Inspections, LLC.
With the combination of her experience in student development, residence life, and marketing, she fell naturally in her role as the Director of Operations.
